the staff displayed really good dedication to guest comfort. check-in proceeded quickly and efficiently and our room was both beautifully furnished and meticulously maintained. i especially appreciated the note left as a warm welcome and the prompt delivery of extra towels. bellhop assistance with luggage was helpful and taxi bookings to the airport were seamless.

the room temperature felt a little too warm. i noticed the central air conditioning made it difficult to adjust to a cooler temperature.

Really good Stay in the Heart of Everything

I found the location unbelievably convenient. I could easily access two subway stations with just a short walk. The hotel's location in the center of Myeongdong. The cleanliness throughout the hotel, including the rooms, was consistently excellent during my entire stay.

The room was just a touch too warm, and I had some difficulty adjusting the thermostat to my liking.

The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist with various requests. They promptly delivered extra towels and toiletries upon request. The front desk receptionist and bellhops offered efficient assistance with luggage and taxi arrangements.
